Change Eye Color
Published in Specific Effects, Photoshop.
For this tutorial I will use the final result from the Comprehensive Skin and Facial Enhancing tutorial. You should change eyecolor after you’ve edited the rest of the picture. If your eyes are especially dark, follow the directions in the comprehensive tutorial on how to make them more brilliant.

First, select the irises (the colored part of the eye). Do not select the pupil (black part) or any of the white around.

Copy the selection, and paste it. (It should paste as a new layer.)
Hit Control-U and it will take you to the Hue/Saturation editing panel. First, check the box named “colorize”. Now, change the hue to whatever you wish.

For my final I chose blue. That’s it!

The preview has one blue eye and one purple eye. I simply made a layer for each eye and edited their hue separately.
